Christmas is a holiday that brings people together. It reminds us to connect, to care, and to reach out to those who may be facing challenges during this season. It is a time when even the smallest act of kindness can make someone feel seen and supported.

This year, the College of Allied Health Sciences is opening its heart to share a little extra light. Through our Christmas Giving Drive, we hope to offer comfort and hope to families who need it the most. Carrying the light from Mother Florence’s lamp, the future nurses stand united in a solemn act of faith, hope, and purpose. The candle lighting ceremony symbolizes the passing on of compassion, service, and dedication, virtues that define the essence of the nursing profession.

As each flame reflects the unwavering determination and sacrifices made throughout their journey. With hearts guided by faith and hands strengthened by purpose, they now prepare to face the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination, ready to serve with integrity, care, and excellence.

We take immense pride in our very own 𝐃𝐫. 𝐋𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚, 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐲𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳 𝐒𝐮𝐲𝐨 for representing the 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐀 – 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 in the 3rd IPCN “Squiz It” Quiz Bee Competition among hospitals and nursing schools across the region. 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 30 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, our brilliant instructors secured an impressive 𝐓𝐨𝐩 6 finish.
