Guided by the theme โ๐๐ก ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ก๐, ๐๐ก ๐ฆ๐ฃ๐๐ฅ๐๐งโ, the training brought the officers together not just as leaders, but as individuals learning to move forward with a shared commitment to service. Beyond the titles and responsibilities attached to each position, the activity created space for connection and understanding. The experience stood as a reminder that being in sync does not mean being the same, but learning to understand one another and move forward with a shared purpose.
The first half of the training brought the officers into a series of team-building activities that put collaboration, communication, and teamwork to the test. Amid the challenges, laughter, and a little friendly competition, walls came down, connections grew, and the officers found themselves enjoying the simple moments of working together.
The second half of the training took a more reflective turn, creating space to see and understand one another beyond the roles carried within SPEDSA. Simple conversations became opportunities to share stories, express appreciation, offer encouragement, and learn things about one another that may have otherwise remained unknown. Laughter and smiles were in the air, but so were moments of vulnerability, with tears shed as stories were shared and connections grew deeper.
More than strengthening teamwork, the training became an opportunity to understand what it truly means to lead alongside others. It showed that meaningful leadership is built not only through collaboration, but also through the willingness to listen, understand, appreciate, and make space for one another. In the moments of laughter, vulnerability, and even tears, the officers were reminded that behind every role is a person with stories, experiences, and feelings worth knowing.
As the training came to a close, the officers carried with them not only the lessons learned, but also a deeper understanding of the people they serve alongside.
