ADHD is not simply distractibility or “makulit.” It is a brain condition that can impact an individual’s focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and even daily experience of things.

In this month, why don’t we take the time to learn, comprehend, and raise awareness about this important topic? 🌻 Often times, people tend to mistake one’s efforts in doing something when it does not appear as such in our own eyes.

It is hoped that during this month we would see that awareness starts from learning, and comprehension comes after listening. 💛

Sometimes, a simple hug could be the most thing we needed right now.

All of us face silent burdens, struggles, and unwanted thoughts. May we spread little kindness every day to one another, without judgment of what we are experiencing.

Reach out for a hug. Reach out for a listening ear. Reach out for life.

𝓝𝓾𝓻𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓟𝓮𝓪𝓬𝓮 𝓦𝓲𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷 🍃

Today on 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒂𝒚, take a moment to reflect on your journey. Think of yourself as a seed you’ve been tending to every single day notice how much you’ve grown, even when you haven't realized it. 🫂

While today gives us a dedicated space to pause and care a little more deeply, mental well-being isn't just a one-day focus. Healing and growth happen at your own pace. Just like nature, you’ll have gloomy days where you don't feel at your best, and that is completely okay. You are still growing through every season. 🌦

Let’s treat ourselves with consistent compassion. Prioritizing your mental health is a fundamental right carry that care with you today and every day that follows.

𝐋𝐏𝐒 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 🫂

In the monthly celebration of World Mental Health, our LPS representatives got the chance to experience the heartwarming 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: 𝗔 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 at JPL Hall of Freedom, last October 5, Monday. The talk of the speakers and the stories, both bravery and vulnerability, touched the hearts of our psychmates.

May our psychmates share their learnings and experiences from this event to be able to help other people who like us, carry heavy burdens, and need someone who will be there to understand. 🤍

Together, let's try our best to face our rough days and look forward to the better days we wish for. ✨

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱'𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗗𝗮𝘆! 🧑‍🏫

Teachers don't just teach lessons inside the classrooms; they teach valuable life lessons and guide students towards their lives. ✨

As we celebrate World Teachers’ Day, may we always remember and appreciate their sacrifices, patience, and hard work.

To our second parents, thank you for being more than educators. Thank you for your guidance, inspiration, and for being part of the people we are becoming.

Your lessons go beyond textbooks, and your impact goes beyond what words can express. 🌷

It’s a hypothetical what-if scenario. If you were able to go back and change something you said or did, would the outcome be different? Do small gestures and kind words change things for someone who wishes to end their life?
