OFFICIAL STATEMENT

The administration of Western Mindanao State University, Ipil External Campus, firmly denounces the spread of an edited video on Facebook falsely claiming that footage of a "White Lady" was recorded by our campus security personnel.

A fact-finding investigation conducted on March 12, 2026, confirmed that the original footage was posted on TikTok around 2025 and is entirely unrelated to our institution. Furthermore, there have been no such incidents on our campus grounds.

We urge our academic community to practice digital literacy and critically evaluate unverified online content. The altered video is a fabricated post that has caused unnecessary confusion among our students and the wider community that viewed it. Let us uphold truth and responsibility in our online spaces.

We appreciate the community's vigilance and cooperation in this matter.

1. Applications with incomplete documents will not be accepted. Ensure that all requirements are submitted upon application.
2. All tests will be conducted in person.
3. First-time CET takers are exempt from paying the test fee. However, transferees, second takers, and shifters will be required to pay a test fee.
4. Applications must be submitted in person. We do not accept online applications or applications through a proxy.
