𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | 𝙑𝙎𝙐 𝙄𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡 𝙆𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙨 𝙊𝙛𝙛 126𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

Visayas State University Isabel joins the nation in commemorating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) as it officially kicks off its month-long celebration today, September 7, 2026.

Held in a hybrid setup at the VSU Isabel Social Hall, the opening ceremony brought together faculty and staff physically at the venue, along with employees observing the work-from-home arrangement who participated virtually.

Anchored on this year’s theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” the celebration highlights the invaluable role of government workers in advancing responsive, ethical, and people-centered public service.

As the celebration unfolds throughout the month, VSU Isabel reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and dedicated service to the University and the Filipino people.

NOTICE TO ALL TES/TDP SCHOLARS WITH LBP ACCOUNTS

All Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Scholars are advised to check the status of their Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account and ensure that the account is active and available for transactions.

If your LBP account is inactive, dormant, or has already been closed, please coordinate directly with the Land Bank of the Philippines branch indicated in your application to verify your account status and resolve any concerns.

This is to help prevent possible issues or delays in the crediting of your TES benefits.

Please take the time to check your account status and address any account-related concerns as soon as possible.

For concerns regarding your LBP account, please coordinate directly with LandBank. For TES/TDP-related concerns, you may visit the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).

Please be guided accordingly.

TES SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 2026 – APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED

Please be informed that the TES Scholarship Application 2026 has been extended from September 1 to September 3, 2026.

IMPORTANT: If you have already submitted your TES Application Form during the previous application period, you DO NOT NEED TO APPLY AGAIN.

All TES applications submitted on or before the previous deadline of August 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM have already been compiled and submitted for processing. Please do not submit another application, as doing so may result in duplicate entries.

September 3, 2026 – 1:00 PM

This extension is intended for students who have not yet submitted their TES application.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Already submitted your TES application?
DO NOT APPLY AGAIN. Your application submitted during the August 13 deadline has already been included and submitted for processing.

• Have NOT submitted a TES application yet?
You may submit your application using the updated TES Application Form on or before September 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

• Incoming/New Students: Please make sure you have your Learner Reference Number (LRN) from your high school records, as this information is required in the application.

• Continuing Students: You DO NOT need to provide your LRN.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND YOUR LRN?
Your LRN can usually be found on your:
— Senior High School or Junior High School Report Card (Form 138)
— Permanent school records
— Other official documents issued by your school during high school

The meeting was facilitated by the Sports and Development Office and Culture and Arts Affairs Office, setting the groundwork for the upcoming celebration of teamwork, camaraderie, and university spirit.

Panagsangka 2026 is set to take place on October 26–30, 2026.
