The College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT) of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) is planning to offer a new program — Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering (BSMfgE) — starting the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027!

The BSMfgE program is a national priority that prepares future engineers to:
🔹 Improve product design and assembly line processes
🔹 Design new systems and factory layouts
🔹 Develop innovative product designs and test prototypes
🔹 Manage inventory and production control systems

This annual event brings together esteemed lecturers and experts who share their insights to inspire and empower aspiring engineers.

As a GOLD Partner, the ACIP-USM SC proudly invites its members to be part of the 14th edition of COLLOQUIA on October 18–19, 2025, via Zoom.

✨ This year’s theme, “Changing Currents: Adapting Towards Sustainable and Efficient Systems Through Water Resources and Environmental Engineering,” underscores the importance of innovation and resilience in addressing today’s environmental challenges.

𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐏-𝐔𝐒𝐌 𝐒𝐂 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐄 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲

The American Concrete Institute Philippines – USM Student Chapter (ACIP-USM SC), has donated two hydrometer sets (hydrometer and graduated cylinder) to the Department of Civil Engineering for laboratory use.

This initiative reflects the organization’s strong commitment to service and leadership. The donated equipment will greatly benefit civil engineering students by addressing the limited laboratory resources, ensuring more accurate results in experiments, and supporting better learning outcomes.

Through this contribution, ACIP-USM SC hopes to empower students to achieve greater precision, confidence, and success in their laboratory works.
