DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1. Duly accomplished Registration Form
2. Duly accomplished Non-Disclosure Agreement
3. Photocopy of any Identification Card ( barangay, voters, company, government ID, school ( past validity date is acceptable)
4. One 2x2 ID picture ( preferably graduation picture )
5. Down payment of Registration Fee (php3,500)

• No need to bring TOR and /or other certifications
• Always bring your pencil or ballpen.

The Professional Regulations Commission Manila Main Office has released the official schedule for the Licensure Examinations for the year 2017.

The Licensure Examination for Agriculturist was moved to November 28,29 and 30 2017.

Details of the schedule of review for licensure examination for agriculturist will be announced later.
