๐ŸŽฌโœจ KAYUMANGGI: KULAY NG LAHI, DIWA NG KAGALINGAN ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

๐ŸŽฅ Every frame tells a story. Every story carries a legacy. Every Filipino has a greatness worth sharing.

Behind every Filipino face lies a story of courage. Behind every tradition lives a culture worth preserving. And behind every dream is a spirit that continues to rise despite every challenge.

This Film Festival is more than just a showcase of creativity it is a celebration of who we are, where we come from, and what we can achieve. Through the lens of young Filipino storytellers, we bring our heritage to life, amplify the voices of our people, and prove that Filipino excellence knows no boundaries.

From the richness of our roots to the brilliance of our future, let every scene reflect our identity, every story ignite inspiration, and every film remind the world of the greatness within us.

We are Kayumanggi. We carry the colors of our heritage, the strength of our people, and the spirit of excellence that defines the Filipino soul. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

ONE EXAM LESS๐ŸŽ“

Passed the PRC board exam? You may no longer need to take the Civil Service Exam when applying for a government job.

Under Republic Act No. 1080, individuals who pass PRC licensure examinations are automatically recognized as civil service eligibles. The same recognition applies to Bar Examination passers.

This means qualified board passers already possess what the Civil Service Commission calls Bar/Board Eligibility, without having to take the Career Service Examination separately.

The CSC also clarified that passers do not need to visit its offices to apply for a separate Certificate of Eligibility. Their PRC professional license, Certificate of Registration, or Report of Rating may serve as proof.

For board examinations requiring a bachelor's degree, the resulting eligibility may be used for appropriate first- and second-level government positions, including certain positions outside the passer's profession.

For example, a licensed teacher or accountant may also qualify for government positions that do not involve teaching or accounting, provided the position does not require another specific license or special eligibility.

However, civil service eligibility does not automatically guarantee government employment. Applicants must still meet the education, experience, training, competency, and other qualification standards required for the position.

For licensed professionals planning to enter government service, passing the board exam may have already fulfilled one of the requirements they thought needed another examination.
