As the culmination of their academic journey draws near, the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) Department successfully conducted a 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 for the 138 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗔 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 2026 from May 25–27, 2026, personally spearheaded by the 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙋. 𝙂𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙖, 𝙈𝘽𝘼, 𝘾𝙃𝙍𝘼.

The activity served as a meaningful avenue for the graduating students to reflect on their experiences, growth, challenges, and learnings throughout their years in the program. More than a requirement, the exit interview became an opportunity for the program and the institution to listen to the voices, insights, and aspirations of its future professionals.

With enthusiasm and sincerity, the BSOA 4th Year graduating students actively participated in the said activity exerting their time and effort, sharing valuable feedback and memorable experiences that will greatly contribute to the continuous enhancement of the program, student services, and academic excellence of the department.

As they prepare to step into a new chapter beyond the institution, this initiative stands as a testament to the department’s commitment to producing competent, reflective, and industry-ready graduates equipped with both professional skills and meaningful experiences.

PINNING CEREMONY 2026 — A momentous milestone marked with pride, anticipation, and celebration.

The Bachelor of Science in Office Administration proudly conducted the Pinning Ceremony 2026, attended by more than 300 student-interns together with their esteemed parents, guardians, and loved ones who witnessed this significant chapter in the students’ academic journey.

Following the successful culmination of the two-day Internship Fair, the ceremony served as a symbolic transition of the qualified third-year students toward their upcoming Summer Internship. Having completed the required prerequisite courses, these student-interns have officially earned their eligibility to enter the professional field — a milestone long awaited not only by the students themselves but also by the families who continuously supported them throughout their journey.

With excitement and heartfelt pride, the escorts joined the student-interns in the pinning proper, where internship pins were formally bestowed as symbols of readiness, perseverance, and commitment to professional growth. The ceremony became a meaningful gathering filled with joy, encouragement, and hopeful anticipation as the future office professionals prepare to embark on real-world experiences beyond the classroom.

BSOA students-interns, as you take your next steps toward professional excellence, may this milestone continue to inspire you to uphold competence, integrity, and dedication in the pursuit of your chosen careers.

Internship Fair 2026 | Day 2

In Photos — On May 19, 2026, the second day of the Internship Fair continued with an engaging seminar entitled “Records and Document Management,” delivered by Ma’am Grace P. Ganiera, MBA, CHRA which provided the incoming student-interns of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration major in Office Management with essential knowledge and practical skills in proper records handling, organization, and document filing procedures commonly observed in professional office settings.

To further strengthen the participants’ learning experience, the student-interns actively participated in a by-section workshop designed to showcase and apply the concepts they had learned from the seminar. Through the activity, the students demonstrated proper record and document filing techniques, highlighting their teamwork, accuracy, organization, and understanding of efficient document management practices necessary for their upcoming internship and future professional responsibilities.

Following the first seminar session, the Internship Fair continued with another timely and relevant discussion entitled “Effective Communication Skills,” delivered by Linagyn G. Cubio, MEAL. It highlighted the importance of professional communication in the workplace, emphasizing clarity, confidence, interpersonal relations, and proper workplace etiquette essential for future student-interns.

Aligned with the identified needs reflected in the students’ Training Needs Assessment (TNA), the seminar further equipped the participants with practical communication competencies necessary for building professionalism, fostering collaboration, and effectively navigating real-world office environments during their internship journey.

Internship Fair 2026 | Day 1 Morning

In the photos — On May 18, 2026, a two-day Internship Fair for the incoming student-interns of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration major in Office Management served as a meaningful avenue for them to explore internship opportunities, and gain valuable insights into professional workplace expectations and industry practices.

Through the careful tally and evaluation of the accomplished Training Needs Assessment (TNA) forms of the students, the activity ensures that the seminar topics and engagements during the fair were relevant, responsive, and aligned with the competencies and professional preparation required for their upcoming internship experience.

This has been the basis for the conduct of first seminars entitled “Workplace Technology and Digitization Tools,” delivered by Ma’am Joveliza A. Trongcoso.

May 13, 2026—In preparation for the upcoming Summer Internship Program, the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) Program successfully conducted the 𝑷𝒓𝒆-𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝑺𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚
for eligible third-year students.

A total of 280 students participated in the said initiative, which was organized to ensure the well-being, health compliance, and overall preparedness of the future interns as they embark on their required 300-hour internship experience.

The activity was made possible through the partnership between the BSOA Program and PrimeHealth Medical Clinic and Laboratory, whose professional medical team facilitated the laboratory procedures and medical assessments efficiently and smoothly.

Rooted in purpose, growing for the future 🌱

Today, the graduating students from the BS in Office Administration and Teachers Education Department came together for the annual Tree Planting, Tree Growing, and Tree Caring Activity held near Jumbo Bridge, Purok 7, Tiburcia.

More than planting trees, the activity symbolizes the KCAST’s commitment to environmental stewardship, unity, and leaving a lasting legacy for the next generation. The orientation was once again spearheaded by John Reycell Tuba with the support of the MENRO personnels and KCAST faculty members who joined and guided the activity.

As future professionals and educators, the institution aims that these soon to be graduates continue to grow not only in knowledge, but also in responsibility toward our community and the environment.🌿💚

Earlier today, May 6, 2026, the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) program, in collaboration with KCAST, successfully held their 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 at Kapalong Town Square, Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. This meaningful event highlighted that education goes beyond the four corners of the classroom and is further enriched through real-world exposure and strong institutional partnerships.

As a culminating activity, the ceremony gathered BSOA interns, faculty members, and esteemed industry partners who played a vital role in shaping the students’ practicum journey. It served not only as a celebration but also as a reflection of the interns’ growth, experiences, and achievements throughout their On-the-Job Training (OJT) journey.

Moreover, the program formally recognized both the students and partner institutions from Kapalong, Sto. Tomas, Asuncion, Tagum City, and New Corella for their contributions and accomplishments. Certificates were awarded to the interns in acknowledgment of their dedication, hard work, and successful completion of the internship program. In the same manner, partner agencies and organizations were honored for their unwavering support, guidance, and commitment to mentoring future professionals. Their presence further strengthened the collaboration between the academe and the industry, ensuring that students are equipped with relevant competencies and practical skills aligned with current workplace demands.

Ultimately, the ceremony not only celebrated academic and professional milestones but also emphasized the value of experiential learning, collaboration, and continuous development. Indeed, the event stands as a testament to the readiness of BSOA graduates to step into the professional world as competent, confident, and industry-ready individuals.
