‎The stage once again became a canvas of grace and confidence as Hiyas ng KCAST 2025 shone brightly in celebration of beauty, intellect, and heritage. Twelve (12) stunning candidates, each representing a department from the Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences, and Technology (KCAST), captivated the audience on October 28, 2025 at Kapalong Town square.
‎
‎Anchored in this year’s intramural theme, “Unity in Motion: A Dynamic Celebration of Culture and Tradition,” the event drew an energetic crowd eager to witness the blend of creativity, confidence, and cultural pride among the candidates.
‎
‎Throughout the evening, the competition highlighted five defining segments — Production Attire, Play Suit Attire, Ethnic-inspired Casual Wear, Evening Gown, and the Question-and-Answer Portion — showcasing the contestants’ poise, intelligence, and individuality. Each category served as a platform for the candidates to express their advocacies and represent the values of their departments with pride.

Here is the winning answer of the newly crowned Hiyas ng KCAST 2025, 𝗛𝗶𝘆𝗮𝘀 #𝟭𝟮 𝗥𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲 from the College of Business Administration.
‎
‎𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: How would you respond if someone criticized or discredited KCAST as an institution?
‎
‎𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿: Well, you know what, as a student of KCAST, I believe that KCAST [is] a foundation of excellence that [is] built [on] three pillars: knowledge, character, and service. Knowledge, because KCAST [helps] us [become] equipped students [by offering] quality education. Character, because KCAST [helps] us [become] more resilient and good leaders in the future. And lastly, service, because KCAST is not just [teaching] us [knowledge], but [also teaching us how to turn that knowledge into action] that [will] help uplift the whole community. And with that, I believe [that] KCAST truly [is the key to success]. Thank you so much!
