Driven by a shared commitment to excellence and a deep sense of duty, the JRMSU–Katipunan Campus ROTC Unit carried out its 15th Training Day with discipline and purpose under the supervision of CPT ROLAN L EBILLO NC (RES) ROTC COMMANDANT, Ssg Benjie V Facinabao (MI) PA, Admin NCO, together with Sgt Reggie Daryl R Bulawin PA (Res), Sgt Richard C Granton PA (Res) and the Graduate Military Assistants (GMAs) led by CDT LTC CHRISTINE B DINIAY (ROTC) 1CL, Battalion Commander of the JRMSU-KC ROTC Officers. The ROTC officers from 1CL, 2CL, and 3CL exemplified leadership and professionalism as they actively guided and assisted the cadets throughout the training activities.
The activity commenced at 0700 with attendance checking at the field, establishing order and accountability from the outset. The morning session was dedicated to specialization drills and ceremonial preparations in anticipation of the upcoming tactical inspection. At 1030, a 15-minute water break was observed before training resumed and continued until 1140H, where cadets consistently demonstrated discipline, coordination, and teamwork in every assigned task.
At 1300, specialization training resumed, allowing cadets to further enhance their skills in their respective fields while maintaining focus and enthusiasm. By 1500, preparations for the ceremonial parade began, showcasing the cadets’ precision in marching and their ability to execute commands with unity and discipline.
As the training concluded at 1700, the day stood as a reflection of the unit’s growing strength and collective determination. More than just a routine activity, the 15th Training Day served as a platform for developing competence, resilience, and camaraderie among the cadets. Guided by dedicated officers and GMAs, the unit demonstrated readiness to take on greater challenges, upholding the values of honor, service, and leadership as they continue their journey toward excellence.
