Attached is the questionnaire for our DVM 2024 graduates. If you are a graduate of this batch, we kindly request you to accomplish the questionnaire on or before September 19, 2026.

This tracer is being conducted in compliance with CHED requirements related to the implementation of free tuition in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs). Your response is very important, as the College is required to trace and account for all graduates of the 2024 batch.

" . Pursuant to the directive of Office of the President through Memorandum Circular No. 131, Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas said that face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private, are still suspended on Thursday, August 20.

According to the Memorandum, schools shall implement appropriate alternative learning modalities and other learning continuity measures, as may be feasible, to ensure that learning activities continue while face-to-face classes are suspended."

. Pursuant to the directive of Office of the President through Memorandum Circular No. 131, Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas said that face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private, are still suspended on Thursday, August 20.
