The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) – PAyapa at MAsaganang PamayaNAn (PAMANA) – Educational Assistance Program (EAP) opens its application for AY 2026-2027!

BENEFITS:

1. ₱25,000.00/ semester stipend (for the 1st and 2nd Semesters of AY 2026-27) will be provided to the selected beneficiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a Filipino citizen;
2. A regular continuing student enrolled during the 2nd Sem of AY 2025-2026 and will be enrolling during the 1st Sem of AY 2026-2027 (open to any degree program and any year level);
3. Must belong to a household with annual gross income not exceeding Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos
(Php 350,000.00);
4. Must belong to any of the following:
a. bona fide former or current member of the M**F, MNLF, RPM- P/RPA/ABB, CBA-CPLA, or a former member of the CPP-NPA-NDF or former member of any violent extremist group;
b. a next-of-kin (up to the sixth degree of consanguinity) of individuals belonging to the abovementioned groups; or
c. a resident of a peace agreement area, CAA, CVA, or GIDA;
5. Must be residing in Benguet;
6. Must have obtained a GWA of at least 3.00 during the 2nd Sem of AY 2025-2026 with no academic deficiencies (INC, Failed, Dropped, etc.)
7. Must not have any other scholarships/ grants/ educational/ financial assistance

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1. A duly accomplished Student Application and Disclosure Form

2. Proof of income, such as any of the following:
• Income Tax Return (ITR) of parent or guardian;
• Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
• Certificate of Indigency issued by the concerned Barangay;
• Certificate/Case Study from the Department of Social Welfare and Development
(DSWD); or
• In case the beneficiary whose parent or guardian is an Overseas Filipino Worker
(OFW) or Seafarer, the latest copy of the contract of employment/service of such
OFW or Seafarer.
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character for the 2nd Sem of AY 2025-2026
4. Copy of Final Grades for the 2nd Sem of AY 2025-2026

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Submit the complete set of documentary requirements to BSU- Office of Student Services- Student Scholarships and Grants Unit (SSGU) Room 103 on or before MAY 26, 2026
2. BSU- OSS- SSGU will submit the applications to OPAPRU.
3. OPAPRU will screen and sent the final list of beneficiaries to BSU- OSS- SSGU.

4. BSU- OSS- SSGU will be posting the final list of beneficiaries to the Benguet State University- Scholars and Grantees Facebook Group.
