DAY 2–4 | 5-Day Intensive Training and Workshop for Teachers 2026

The 5-Day Intensive Training and Workshop for Teachers 2026 continued to unfold with a series of meaningful, relevant, and competency-based sessions designed to strengthen the instructional competence, classroom effectiveness, and professional growth of educators.

Across Days 2 to 4, teachers actively engaged in discussions and workshops centered on enhancing teaching strategies, improving assessment practices, and strengthening school operations aligned with quality education standards.

Key sessions included Classroom Management and Positive Discipline, emphasizing the creation of a safe, respectful, and learner-centered classroom environment that promotes discipline and positive behavior.

Educators also deepened their understanding of assessment through Test Construction and the Art of Questioning: Best Practices in Test Construction and Table of Specifications, equipping them with tools to design valid, reliable, and outcome-based assessments.

Discussions on Certification Assessment Instrument (CAI), Area B – Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction, and Area D – Faculty further reinforced institutional standards and faculty development aligned with quality assurance practices.

In addition, practical sessions on School Forms and Documentation, Technology Integration and Digital Innovation, First Week of Classes Strategy, and Collaborative Teaching Strategies provided teachers with updated methodologies and strategies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and classroom impact.

As the training progresses, the institution continues to uphold its commitment to continuous professional development, collaborative excellence, and transformative education—empowering educators to inspire and shape future learners.

DAY 1 | 5-Day Intensive Training and Workshop for Teachers 2026 Begins

The institution officially commenced the 5-Day Intensive Training and Workshop for Teachers 2026, bringing together faculty members and educators for a series of sessions focused on professional growth, instructional effectiveness, and educational innovation.

The first day of the training featured three significant sessions aimed at strengthening the knowledge, skills, and competencies of teachers in delivering quality education.

The opening session, “The Teacher as a Professional: Core Values and Ethics,”highlighted the importance of professionalism, integrity, and ethical responsibility among educators in fulfilling their roles as mentors and learning facilitators.

This was followed by the Seminar Workshop on Types of Assessments, where participants explored various assessment methods and strategies designed to improve learner evaluation and classroom instruction. The session emphasized the importance of effective assessment in monitoring student progress and enhancing learning outcomes.

Teachers also participated in the Retraining of the WELA Schools System, which focused on enhancing their familiarity and competence in utilizing the digital platform for academic and administrative processes.

The activity forms part of the institution’s continuing commitment to teacher development and excellence in education, ensuring that educators remain equipped with updated knowledge and relevant teaching practices for the upcoming academic year.

SUCCESSFUL ACTIVITY💚

The TES Orientation on Landbank ATM Account Enrollment was successfully conducted earlier today, May 5, 2026, at Southern Peninsula Multi-Purpose Covered Court (SMPCC).

We extend our sincere appreciation to all NEW and OLD TES Grantees who attended and actively participated in the orientation. Your cooperation and presence made this activity meaningful and productive.

This initiative marks an important step in ensuring the smooth processing of your TES financial benefits through your Landbank accounts.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our SAS Director, Juris Doctor Romualdo P. Moselina, for conducting a brief but meaningful briefing to our students prior to the orientation.
