The 5-Day Intensive Training and Workshop for Teachers 2026 continued to unfold with a series of meaningful, relevant, and competency-based sessions designed to strengthen the instructional competence, classroom effectiveness, and professional growth of educators.
Across Days 2 to 4, teachers actively engaged in discussions and workshops centered on enhancing teaching strategies, improving assessment practices, and strengthening school operations aligned with quality education standards.
Key sessions included Classroom Management and Positive Discipline, emphasizing the creation of a safe, respectful, and learner-centered classroom environment that promotes discipline and positive behavior.
Educators also deepened their understanding of assessment through Test Construction and the Art of Questioning: Best Practices in Test Construction and Table of Specifications, equipping them with tools to design valid, reliable, and outcome-based assessments.
Discussions on Certification Assessment Instrument (CAI), Area B – Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction, and Area D – Faculty further reinforced institutional standards and faculty development aligned with quality assurance practices.
In addition, practical sessions on School Forms and Documentation, Technology Integration and Digital Innovation, First Week of Classes Strategy, and Collaborative Teaching Strategies provided teachers with updated methodologies and strategies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and classroom impact.
