LOOK II SPenC Pride Band Hones Musical Talent at Labason Summer Music Camp 2026 ๐บ๐ผ
Members of the SPenC Pride Band, together with selected students of Southern Peninsula College (SPenC), participated in the Labason Summer Music Camp 2026 held at Kipit Agro-Fishery High School, a three-day intensive training program designed to enhance musical skills, discipline, teamwork, and performance excellence.
The music camp brought together aspiring musicians from various schools and organizations, providing participants with valuable opportunities to engage in hands-on workshops, rehearsals, and specialized training sessions. Throughout the program, students strengthened their musicianship, developed greater confidence in performance, and deepened their appreciation for the art of music.
Beyond improving technical skills, the camp promoted the values of dedication, cooperation, and disciplineโqualities that are essential not only in music but also in everyday life. Through collaborative activities and immersive learning experiences, participants forged meaningful friendships and strengthened their commitment to excellence.
Southern Peninsula College extends its heartfelt gratitude to the School President Juris Doctor Leilani B. Delgado-Moselina for her unwavering support and dedication to student development through arts and cultural initiatives. The institution likewise acknowledges the Student Affairs and Services Director Juris Doctor Romualdo P. Moselina Jr. for his continued encouragement and support in making this enriching opportunity possible for the students.
The College also expresses its sincere appreciation to the Philippine Drum and Lyre Association, Inc. (PDLAI), particularly Band Director Radzmin D. Ramirez, and the team of trainers and facilitators for generously sharing their expertise, knowledge, and passion for music. Their mentorship and guidance have greatly contributed to the growth and development of the participants, inspiring them to pursue higher levels of musical excellence.
As the camp concluded, the students returned home equipped with enhanced musical skills, valuable experiences, and renewed inspiration to continue their musical journey. More importantly, they carried with them lasting memories and lessons that will guide them in future performances and endeavors.
