ANNOUNCEMENT!

OSA MEMO NO. 2026-02- MANDATORY PARTICIPATION IN THE UPCOMING GRAND RALLY AND ELECTION 2026

In line with the institution’s commitment to uphold democratic values, promote student leadership, and encourage active participation in institutional governance, all students are hereby required to participate in the upcoming Grand Rally and Election Activities. The Grand Rally is scheduled on April 16, 2026, while the Election Proper will be conducted on April 26–27, 2026. The Grand Rally aims to provide a platform for candidates to present their plans, programs, and advocacies, enabling students to become informed and responsible voters, while the Election Proper serves as an essential exercise of students’ right to suffrage in choosing their representatives. Participation in both activities is strictly mandatory, and attendance will be closely monitored by the designated personnel. Students who will be unable to attend due to valid reasons must submit a written explanation addressed to the Office of Student Affairs together with supporting documents for proper evaluation and approval. Furthermore, all students are expected to observe proper conduct, discipline, and respect throughout the duration of the activities, as any form of misconduct or violation of institutional policies shall be dealt with accordingly.
