During the PAGPANUBLI 2026, the oath-taking ceremony of newly elected SSC and CSC officers. In his acceptance speech, Chairperson John Benedict Casiple reminded us that our roles are a pledge to every student on campus.

A title is more than just a label—it is a promise. As we officially step into our roles, we recognize that our positions are not defined by authority but by the duty we owe to each of you.

The newly elected Supreme Student Council (SSC) and College Student Councils (CSC) officially convened for their first General Assembly, presided over by SSC Chairperson Mr. John Benedict L. Casiple.

The session focused on establishing administrative foundations for A.Y. 2026-2027 with the following key agenda:
• Procurement Process: Guidelines and requirements discussed by Procurement Head, Ma’am Hazel A. Academia.

• Finance Matters: Financial protocols presented by Finance Division Head, Mrs. Pinkie F. Mota.

• Council Policies: Finalization of governing rules for the upcoming academic year.

This assembly ensures that all student leaders are equipped with the necessary protocols to serve the student body with transparency and efficiency.

This isn't just a win; it’s a mandate to keep pushing forward. To my fellow officers: this victory belongs to you as much as it does to the student body. Your tireless dedication and shared vision are the heartbeat of this council, and I am honored to lead alongside such a committed team.
