The VPPA Office, headed by Mary Rosevie P. Alamiya, successfully conducted an orientation for the Registrar’s Data Encoders regarding the upcoming Online Student Grade Verification System.

Coming very soon... students will no longer need to line up just to evaluate or verify their grades. Through our new online system, they can conveniently access and check their grades anytime, anywhere.

Another step forward in providing efficient, accessible, and student-centered services for the MACFI community!

MACFI's Pride 💚💛

"Bismillah. First of all, Alhamdulillah for everything. None of this would have been possible without Allah Almighty. All those sleepless nights have truly paid off — the struggles and silent battles I fought alone. But I know I was never truly alone, because I had Allah with me, and that is more than enough.

Dumain inin ta achieve ku weh sabab katau ku, sah sabab pinangurung weh Allahu Ta’ala si aku. Matoohin graduate ku college gana Latin honor ku. Dumain ku pinakamatalinohin si batch kami, normal studyante hajja ku. Sah bang Allahu Ta’ala, ne usah gana imposible si iye. Si labeyan pagtuyu duk duwaa tadawhat ku isab to become the first topnotcher in our institution — Alhamdulillah. Indeed, I am nothing without Him.

To be honest, I never really believed in myself. I have struggled with low self-esteem for as long as I can remember, and I have always been insecure about myself. However, throughout my college journey in becoming an educator, my mentors from my alma mater, MACFI (Mindanao Autonomous College Foundation Inc.), lifted me up, pushed me to become a better version of myself, and helped me discover what I am truly capable of — that I can be more. In return, I want to become that kind of educator as well — someone who continuously inspires learners and uplifts others.

Sa mga taong may pangarap sa buhay o nangangarap maging topnotcher, kayang-kaya ninyo ’yan. When you want something, put your whole heart into it. It’s okay to fail and be vulnerable sometimes — tao lang din tayo. Naniniwala ako na lahat tayo ay may potential; you just have to discover yourself, your passion, and the world is yours to conquer. Naniniwala rin ako na ang pagiging matalino ay nasa ugali at kung paano mo tratuhin ang ibang tao. Always keep your feet grounded, and you will be blessed even more.

My heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Hj. Rima H. Hassan, the founder of MACFI, for providing quality education to the Basileños; to our ever-supportive school president, Dr. Ibrahim H. Hassan; to the VPAA/Internal Dean of CELA, Dr. Mary Rosevie P. Alamiya; to the Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Omar P. Alamiya; Professor Arjay Juarez Custodio; and to all the people behind the success of MACFI — maraming salamat po.

I am also deeply grateful to CBRC for genuinely taking care of their reviewees, not only by preparing us for the board exam but also by uplifting us and giving us meaningful advice throughout our professional journey. No wonder CBRC consistently produces LET passers and topnotchers every year. Maraming salamat po sa pag-aalaga sa amin during review season, sa mga mababait na CBRC staff, sa approachable na si Sir Jeffrey Singson, sa mga magagaling na lecturers, and most especially to Dr. Carl E. Balita for building such a wonderful and inclusive review center.

I dedicate this achievement to my parents, my Inah and Ammah, for their unconditional love and support. I know I am not a perfect daughter and that I have many flaws, pero magsukur si pag-ipat bi si aku ko me kariki sampay kuitu. This is all for you, tiya ne bakas pinaglugtuan bi duwaa bin si aku. Kalasahan ku kam fid dunya wal akhira.

To my family and friends, thank you for constantly believing in me. G*y ne kam tadambuwa-dambuwa ku, kemon magsukur teed si kaam. To Team Thorndike — LPT na tayo, guys! And to those who did not make it, that will never define who you are or what you can become. May mas magandang panahon pa para sa inyo. Trust the process and laban ulit.

Lastly, to everyone who constantly doubts themselves: your journey is about you, not about what other people say about you. Never let your fears stop you from becoming the person you are meant to be. Always remember, “For indeed, with hardship comes ease.” (Qur’an 94:5) And when Allah intends something, He says to it, “Be,” and it is. (Qur’an 36:82)

LAMITAN CITY, BASILAN – For the first time ever, a graduate from a Basilan‑based school landed among the top passers in a national licensure examination, securing 9th place in the recent National Licensure Examination for Teachers — a remarkable and historic milestone achieved by Nulmijan A. Timbosol, LPT, an alumnus of Mindanao Autonomous College Foundation, Inc. (MACFI).

Leading the celebration and expressing immense pride is Dr. Hja. Rima Hassan, MACFI Chief Executive Officer and aspirant for Member of Parliament for Basilan District 1 – Lamitan City. A strong advocate for accessible and high‑quality education, Dr. Hja. Rima extended her warmest and heartfelt congratulations, stating that this outstanding success proves beyond doubt that Basileños can excel and stand at par with the best professionals across the country.
