𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗔𝗦) proudly joins the celebration of 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 through a collaborative decoration initiative at the 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟭–𝟮𝟬𝟰.

Adorned with the flags of 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, the hallway and stairway now serve as a vibrant reminder of our shared identity as part of the 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. Every flag and every detail of the decoration symbolizes the values that unite ASEAN nations—𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. As students and educators pass through this space each day, may it inspire a deeper understanding of our region and strengthen our commitment to working together despite our diverse cultures, languages, and traditions.

This initiative was made possible through the unwavering support of the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆, headed by 𝗗𝗿. Marjorie Pactol Eslit, the dedicated leadership of the 𝗖𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 led by 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 Francis John Mahinay, and the active participation of the 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀.

𝐌𝐀𝐁𝐔𝐇𝐀𝐘!

Ang 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (CAS) ay nakiki-isa sa pagdiriwang ng 𝐁𝐔𝐖𝐀𝐍 𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐊𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐀 (August 1-31, 2026), alinsunod sa 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐠. 1041, na nilagdaan ni noo’y 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙑. 𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙨, noong ika-15 ng Hulyo, sa taong, Labinsiyam na Raan at Siyamnaput Pito (July 15, 1997), bilang pagkilala sa mahalagang papel ng wikang Filipino at ng iba pang katutubong wika sa paghubog ng ating pambansang pagkakakilanlan. Ito din ay pag-alala at pagkilala kay dating 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙚𝙡 𝙇𝙪𝙞𝙨 𝙌𝙪𝙚𝙯𝙤𝙣, na tinaguriang 𝘼𝙢𝙖 𝙣𝙜 𝙒𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙖.

Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay hindi lamang 𝐩𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 ng ating wika, kundi isa ring paalala na ang wika ay 𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐚𝐧, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧, at 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 ng ating mayamang kultura at tradisyon.

Sa pamamagitan ng iba't ibang programa at gawain, hinihikayat ang bawat Pilipino na gamitin, pahalagahan, at paunlarin ang sariling wika bilang mahalagang bahagi ng ating pagiging isang malayang bansa.

A new month has come, and with it, 𝙖 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩.

May we reap the 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 we gave, the 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨 we held on to, and the quiet 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 that kept us going on hard days.

Here’s to growth that’s slow but steady and to a heart that stays grateful along the way.

The 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑨𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 (CAS) officially kicked off Academic Year 2026–2027 with our 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑶𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏! Spearheaded by our ever-active and supportive Dean, Dr. Marjorie Pactol Eslit , alongside our dedicated program chairs, faculty and staff, the event brought together students from across all 4 programs under the CAS department: AB Political Science, BS Development Communication, AB Filipino, and AB English, for a day filled with inspiration and school pride.

Though we are small in numbers, our community is driven by extraordinary talent and exceptional skill—consistently setting a high standard and shining brightly across the campus.

To our freshment, this orientation marks a fresh start where your journey begins, your dreams take shape, and your passion finds purpose.

𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘆𝗼. 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗱𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹.
