Wellbeing is a crucial element in a student’s education. Are you feeling exhausted, stressed, or burnt out from all the academic workload these past weeks and have just been trying to keep it together?
We’ve got you one solution: SPEAK UP, SEEK SUPPORT.
STI is having a MENTAL HEALTH BREAK this week, October 6 to October 11 across ALL STI branches nationwide. It’s a time to relax, rewind, and recollect— prioritizing and paying attention to our mental wellbeing, listening to our minds and feelings.
To all the silent struggles and burdens we had carry alone to get through every week in school, take this as a gentle reminder that you are NOT alone. Connect with your friends, keep yourself in good company, and surround yourself with people of love and understanding.
And if you need some alone time— that’s okay! Stay at home, do your hobbies, watch your comfort show, or go take a walk outside and reflect.
Through little steps, little comforting ways, you slowly but surely get to achieve a peace of mind. Have a good mental health break, STIers!
