As ๐‰๐Œ๐‘๐ˆ๐†๐ƒ was officially established in Bicol University in the year ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•, the pioneer batch of Public Administration students were chosen to lead, by serving as a student representative of Matapat, Mahusay, Matino at May Pusong Administradors through the Robredo Institute Student Organization (RISO).
