𝗥𝘅: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲, 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁 😴🛌

This semester may have taken so much from us, our sleep, energy, and brain cells 🥴, but it also reminded us of how strong we truly are. Behind every crammed & submitted requirement, sleepless night, clinical duty, draining exam, and silent breakdown was a student who chose to keep going despite the pressure and exhaustion🥹

Nursing school was never meant to be easy, and there were days when everything felt too heavy to carry. But somehow, through prayers, support, perseverance, and countless “kaya ko ‘to!” moments, we made it here, at the end of the semester. ❤️‍🩹

As this semester comes to an end, may this break be a reminder that rest is not something to feel guilty about. You deserve to pause, recharge, and give yourself the rest and peace you’ve been rejecting all semester long.

Malayo pa, pero malayo na.

From sleepless nights and last-minute reviewing to mental breakdowns, finals season really tested everyone physically, mentally, and emotionally 😵‍💫 But despite the stress and exhaustion, we made it through. At least, tapos na 🤭

To every student who kept showing up even when things felt overwhelming — congratulations! Surviving this finals week is already such an achievement on its own. We hope that you finally get that well-deserved rest and peace of mind you deserve after everything this semester put you through 🫶🏼✨
