Here’s the Policy on the Regulation of the Use of Single-Use Plastics as per BOR Resolution No. 47, Series of 2019.

This policy lists the prohibited acts, exceptions, allowed items, and corresponding sanctions for canteen operators, faculty, staff, administrators, students, visitors, and outside caterers.

All University stakeholders are expected to comply accordingly.

This announcement is hereby addressed to all interested Grade 12 students in preparation for the registration for the University of Southern Mindanao College Entrance Examination (USMCEE) for A.Y. 2026–2027.

Date of Registration:
November 26, 2025 – January 16, 2026

Date of Examination:
January 24, 2026

Note:
1. Prepare your 2x2 ID photo with the following specifications:

• JPEG or PNG format only (no other formats will be accepted).
• Image must not exceed 2MB, with a plain white background and no shadows.
• Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
• Wear decent attire (collared shirt, no eyeglasses, ears uncovered).

2. During registration, carefully read all information.

3. Cancellation of reserved examination slots will NOT be entertained.

4. There is only one schedule for USMCEE; do not miss your exam schedule.

5. Creating multiple accounts to secure slots is STRICTLY 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗.
