The public is informed that there are reports of random calls and messages soliciting money using the name of PSU President Dr. Elbert M. Galas.

We clarify that Dr. Galas has ๐๐Ž๐“ authorized anyone to solicit money on his behalf. Such acts are ๐’๐‚๐€๐Œ / ๐…๐‘๐€๐”๐ƒ๐”๐‹๐„๐๐“ and are not sanctioned by the Office of the University President nor by Pangasinan State University.

We further clarify that PEMG has nothing to do with these transactions. PEMG does not accept, solicit, or authorize the collection of any amount of money, in cash or in kind, gcash, bank transfer, load, gifts, or any other favor, from any individual, agency, or organization in the name of President Galas or Pangasinan State University.

The public is ๐–๐€๐‘๐๐„๐ƒ ๐๐Ž๐“ to entertain or send money to these individuals. Please VERIFY only through official PSU channels and REPORT such incidents to authorities and to PSU's official page.

Official communications from PSU shall only be through official letters and verified channels.
