[IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT]

Students who have incurred INC Grade during the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2024-2025 must submit a Completion Form at the Office of the College Registrar to avoid Failing Grade. Additionally, all students with incomplete admission requirements must also comply until the end of the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2025-2026.

For inquiries, proceed to the Office of the College Registrar from Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
