The University of Batangas Lipa City broke ground on July 7, 2010 and formally inaugurated exactly one year later on July 7, 2011. This begins a new dawn for University of Batangas in Lipa City. Felliciano Leviste Road (formerly Marawoy - Balete Road) in Lipa City. The facilities of Lipa Campus are state of the art. Televisions with connections to computers are available in every classroom so the teachers can just hook up their laptops to the TV and provide excellent visual aids to students as they teach. The computer laboratory, speech laboratory, biology, chemistry and physics laboratories are fully equipped for teaching and learning purposes.

The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) hosted the 1st PBAAP National Conference 2026 on October 24, 2026, at the UBLC Multi-Purpose Hall.

Organized by the Professional Behavior Analysts Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PBAAP) and ABA Training Solutions (ABATS), in partnership with the UB Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (CCELL), the conference brought attention to the field of behavior analysis and the importance of continued learning and professional development.

The event provided an opportunity for professionals and participants to come together, exchange knowledge, and engage in discussions relevant to their practice. It also highlighted the role of collaboration among organizations and educational institutions in supporting the growth of the profession in the Philippines.

The University of Batangas Lipa City congratulates Atty. Mayling Ilagan-Capuno and Angel Anne Amparado for their achievements at the 17th National Campus Media Conference (NCMC) 2026, held on October 22–24, 2026, at Crown Legacy Hotel in Baguio City.

Atty. Mayling Ilagan-Capuno, Dean of the College of Information Technology, Entertainment and Communication and adviser of The Brahmans’ Journal, placed 10th in Opinion Writing (English), Faculty Edition.

Meanwhile, Angel Anne Amparado, a 2nd Year BS Architecture student from the College of Engineering and Architecture, placed 4th in Editorial Cartooning (Filipino) and 9th in Literary Illustration (Filipino).

Congratulations on these accomplishments and for representing the University at this year's conference!

The University of Batangas, through its College of Law, partners with the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School of Law for the project, Mobilizing Filipino Voices: 10th Anniversary of the South China Sea Arbitral Ruling, with the sub-theme, "Securing the Maritime Frontier: Strategic Defense, Deterrence and Interoperability in the West Philippine Sea,” for the 1st Regional Leg of the province of Batangas.

The project is supported by the Public Diplomacy Section of the US Embassy in the Philippines.

The initiative underscores the role of legal education and academic collaboration in fostering informed discussions on the landmark arbitral ruling and its implications to the Philippines, ten years after its issuance.

Through this partnership, UB continues to support meaningful academic engagement on legal and national issues that shape the country's present and its future.
