The UPOU Committee on Elections (CoE) reports its investigation into the unauthorized online endorsement of Councilor Candidate Justin Joy Versoza, which was posted on the page of The UP Repertory Company on May 4, 2026, at 7:00 PMโnineteen hours after the campaign ban took effect.
Following a comprehensive review of the evidence, the CoE has determined that the candidate ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ก๐ข๐ง ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐พ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ, as findings verified that the candidate had no administrative control or scheduling agency over the third-party post, and all digital assets were fully transmitted on May 2, prior to the ban.

Moving forward, any further infraction of the Election Code, regardless of severity, will result in an immediate reassessment of the candidate's eligibility, and the Sinagtala campaign is directed to ensure all external affiliates are strictly aligned with the remaining electoral schedule.
