Ito ba ay pang-balot lang talaga, o may “𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐟-𝐞𝐥 𝐮𝐩” na sikreto sa ating pagkain? 🤔 Nakakapinsala ba ito sa kalusugan natin? 🙊🙀

Today, 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 whose courage, sacrifice, and unwavering love for our country shaped the freedom we enjoy today. Some are remembered in history books, while many remain unnamed. However, every act of bravery, big or small, has become a thread in the story of our nation.

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 is more than a day of remembrance. It is a reminder that freedom was never simply given, rather it was fought for, protected, and passed down through generations of Filipinos who chose to put the nation before themselves. May we carry their legacy not only through words, but through our actions by 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 in ways that kindle hope for the next generations.

Siya lang ba yung nag-laboratory class for 6 hours, tapos nag-review for an exam for 1 hour, pero pasado pa rin?! 😭📚

Kaya naman, to our hard-working, very stellar, hands-on Ninang to her one and only daughter, 2-streak Orientation Head Slayer, and Ryzza Mae sticker enthusiast—happiest birthday! 🥳🎂💛

Know that you’re a ball of sunshine and one of the people who makes a team better. You’re one of those people who somehow make everything a little lighter, a little funnier, and definitely more memorable. ☀️
