To the farmers who wake before sunrise. To the hands that plant, w**d, and harvest so the rest of us can eat. To the mothers and fathers who come home with soil under their nails and exhaustion in their bones – yet still show up the next day.

We, the UPLB ActSS sees you. We don't say that lightly.

This Labor Day, we choose gratitude over grand statements. Thank you for feeding this nation, often while going hungry yourselves. Thank you for staying on the land, even when the system fails you. Thank you for the quiet, stubborn dignity of your work.

We owe you more than words. But today, we start with these.
