This is about the Pursuant to the Memorandum from the Office of the Executive Director dated March 23, 2026, entitled “Implementation of Necessary Actions Following the Signing of the MOA between CHED and Land Bank of the Philippines,” the CHED Regional Office IV hereby requests all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in CALABARZON to facilitate the opening of Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) accounts for all beneficiaries of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).

We will be having our Zoom Meeting today (May 29, 2026) at 3:00 PM. Please coordinate with us accordingly for the zoom meeting ID.
