In a world where change comes in waves, how do we move forward without forgetting what sustains us? From the effects of El Niño, which underscore the importance of water conservation, to Pax Silica, which highlights the growing role of technology and innovation, we are reminded that progress must go hand in hand with the protection of the resources that sustain life. Water is more than a source of life; it symbolizes resilience, transformation, and the continuous movement of society toward a better future.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The Institute of Teacher Education – Student Council (ITE-SC) conducted its 2nd General Meeting with the ITE Class Officers today, October 10, 2026, via MS Teams.

The meeting covered several important matters, including the introduction of the newly elected ITE-SC Officers, the ITE-SC Calendar of Activities, B.E.N.T.E. Funds Update, Liquidation Report, ITE Polo Shirt, Project P.R.I.N.T., HABIgkis 2026, and Schedule Scheme. These discussions aimed to strengthen coordination, promote transparency, and ensure that the plans and initiatives of the council are properly communicated to the class officers.

The ITE-SC extends its sincere gratitude to all ITE Class Officers for their perfect attendance and punctuality during the meeting. Your time, cooperation, and commitment are truly appreciated as we continue to work together toward a more organized, engaged, and united ITE community.

As we take a break from our academic responsibilities, we hope you’re also giving yourself the time and space to rest, recharge, and check in with yourself.

How have you been lately?
Have you truly been feeling okay, or
have you been carrying things you haven’t
had the chance to share with anyone?

As we observe World Mental Health Day, let this be a gentle reminder that you don’t have to be okay all the time. You can feel lost, take a break, ask for help, and still be doing your best. You don’t have to be productive every day to deserve rest, and you don’t have to face every struggle on your own. Sometimes, simply making it through the day is already enough.

Let us also remember that empathy plays an essential role in supporting one another’s mental well-being. Many people silently struggle with burnout, anxiety, and personal challenges that may not always be visible. While advice and solutions can be helpful, sometimes, what a person needs most is a listening ear, a safe space, and the reassurance that they are not alone.
