DOH: ALAMIN ANG MGA POSIBLENG PINAGMUMULAN NG LEPTOSPIROSIS

Hindi lang sa baha nakukuha ang Leptospirosis, maaari rin itong makuha sa maruming lupa, putik, at iba pang lugar na may latak ng ihi ng daga. Basahin ang post na ito para malaman ang iba't ibang posibleng pinagmumulan ng sakit at maiwasan ang panganib nito.

Kung lumusong sa baha o naexpose sa alinman sa mga nabanggit sa post, agad na magtungo sa health center o YAKAP clinic, may sintomas man o wala. Tumawag sa National Emergency Hotline 911 kapag kailangan ng tulong.

DOH: 33 PILIPINO ARAW-ARAW, NADI-DIAGNOSE NG KANSER SA DUGO

Humigit-kumulang 33 Pilipino araw-araw ang nadi-diagnose na may kanser sa dugo at halos 60% ng mga kaso ay nade-detect na sa advanced stages dahil sa kawalan ng maagang konsultasyon.

Huwag hintaying lumala. Kung nakakaranas ng pabalik-balik na lagnat, pamamaga ng kulani, o mabilis na pagpasa at pagod, magpatingin agad sa pinakamalapit na Primary Care Facility o ospital.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

TO ALL INCOMING FIRST YEAR STUDENTS OF SORSU MAGALLANES CAMPUS FOR SY 2026-2027

THE SORSOGON STATE UNIVERSITY MAGALLANES CAMPUS will be accepting enrollees for SY 2026-2027 on June 15- July 02, 2026.
Hence, the Health Services Unit will be requiring documents needed for enrollment.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Medical Consultation Form (copy of this form is available at the school clinic, Dito n Po mg fill up sa clinic once available na chest x-ray and medical certificate from a government/private physician)
2. Dental Consultation Form (copy of this form is available at the clinic, no need na po na pumunta sa dentist, Dito n Po mg fill up sa clinic once available na Po Ang chest x-ray and medical certificate issued by a government/private physician)
3. Medical Certificate issued by a Government/Private Physician
4. Chest Xray Result/reading (valid within 6 months prior to the scheduled date of Medical examination)
5. Long Brown Envelope with your name (Surname, First Name, Middle name) and course
