Tech or business degree 🤝 global, industry-aligned microcredentials

Education leaders across ASEAN have been discussing how microcredentials can support higher education in the region. Dr. Rey Vea of iPeople, Inc. joined this conversation as a panelist at a regional seminar on “A Regional Policy Framework for Higher Education Microcredentials” in Jakarta, Indonesia, on September 16, 2026.

The event was organized by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Open Learning Center (SEAMOLEC) and the Indonesian Cyber Education Institute (ICE-I).
