In line with the commitment to promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in student governance, the UMAK Student Leaders Evaluation is now open.
As part of an initiative launched by the USC Office of the Vice President, this evaluation allows students to provide constructive comments on their student representatives' performance, leadership, and contributions. The information gathered will aid in the development of more responsive, effective, and student-centered leadership services across all Student Council Organizations.

1. Access the official evaluation form.
2. Provide the information for verification purposes.
3. Read the instructions carefully and answer honestly.
4. Evaluate Student Council Leaders using the 1-4 rating scale.
5. Provide constructive comments, recommendations, or suggestions.

โข Multiple submissions may be subject to verification and disqualification.
