We invite you to participate in our survey on the Service Quality of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) in the Philippines. This survey aims to gather valuable insights from individuals like you, who have firsthand experience with HMOs in the country.

The survey you are invited to participate in serves as the second component of the larger research project on the Digital Maturity of HMOs in the Philippines: Towards Developing a Service Quality Framework.
