The Yearly Pilgrimage/Panendan, held from April 30 to May 1, 2026, at the Headwaters of Tagoloan in Sabangan, Barangay Can-ayan, Malaybalay City, has been successfully concluded.

This sacred gathering holds deep cultural and spiritual significance for the Bukidnon-Tagoloanon people and the 7 Tribes of Bukidnon. Since time immemorial, and without interruption, our community has faithfully returned to this place to conduct the ritual of Panalawahig. This enduring tradition is our expression of gratitude to Magbabaya and Bulalakaw (Migbaya or spirit of the water) for the continuous life-giving blessings of water.

More than a ritual, Panendan is a living testament to our identity. It continues to serve as a symbol of unity among the seven tribes of Bukidnon and a commitment to preserving our culture and identity.
