𝙊𝘾𝙏𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙍 24, 2026 — The 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗜𝗖-𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗) 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 celebrated an impressive series of achievements at the 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 (𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗟) 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟰 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, held at the Bukidnon State University Gymnasium. Organized through the City Government of Malaybalay’s City Sports and Development Section, the league carried the theme “𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲,” highlighting the value of sports in building camaraderie, discipline, and excellence among young athletes.

The SIC-IBED Saints demonstrated their skills, determination, and sportsmanship across several sporting events, earning championship titles, podium finishes, individual distinctions, and special recognitions.

𝙊𝘾𝙏𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙍 23, 2026 — 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, through its 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗), served as the 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗔) 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀. The event, hosted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗖. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗲ñ𝗮, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, 𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆, brought together school administrators, coaches, sports officials, team managers, athletes, and delegates to identify athletic talent and promote sportsmanship, unity, and excellence.

Carrying the theme “𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲,” the player selection highlighted the importance of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and camaraderie in school sports. The event featured a variety of sporting disciplines, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, swimming, taekwondo, badminton, athletics, gymnastics, chess, dance sports, sepak takraw, and e-games.

The program featured welcome remarks from 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔. 𝗢𝗺𝗯𝗼𝘆, 𝗠𝗔, 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀, who emphasized the importance of participation, discipline, and excellence in sports and education.

This was followed by the acknowledgment of participants and the statement of purpose led by 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗖. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗮, 𝗠𝗔𝗘𝗠, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗦𝗔𝗔𝗦). The segment recognized the participating delegates and highlighted the objectives of the gathering, particularly the promotion of fair play, cooperation, and holistic student development through sports.

A meaningful highlight of the program was the 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, led by 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗹 𝗘. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗮, an 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲. Through the oath, the participating athletes reaffirmed their commitment to fair play, respect for fellow competitors, discipline, and integrity—values that embody the true spirit of sportsmanship.

The program also included a 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 for coaches, sports officials, and team representatives. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss essential matters, clarify competition guidelines, and coordinate preparations to help ensure the fair, safe, and orderly conduct of the sporting activities.

The event proceeded to the player selection, giving athletes the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, dedication, and readiness to represent their respective schools. Beyond athletic performance, participants were encouraged to uphold integrity, respect fellow competitors, and embody the true spirit of sportsmanship.

As host school, 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 warmly welcomed the participating delegates and provided a venue for athletes and sports representatives to come together in pursuit of a shared goal. The event underscored the role of sports in developing not only physical abilities but also leadership, discipline, resilience, and lasting friendships.

Through this gathering, the PRISAA of Malaybalay Division highlights that sports are more than competitions—they are opportunities to grow, work together, and celebrate the talents and potential of every athlete.

The 𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗜𝗖-𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗) launches 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀: 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, an interactive mental health awareness campaign for IBED learners, parents, and personnel. The initiative aims to promote mental health awareness, encourage emotional well-being, and foster a compassionate school community where every learner feels seen, heard, valued, and accepted.

As part of the campaign, the officers and members of the IBED Peer Facilitators Club prepared the interactive “𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲” 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹 and 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 at the 𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, featuring uplifting affirmations, inspiring messages, and handwritten notes of encouragement to promote positivity, kindness, and mental health awareness among learners.

Through these engaging activities, the campaign seeks to nurture empathy, strengthen peer connections, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health challenges. It also highlights the importance of creating safe and supportive learning environments where learners can express their feelings, seek help when needed, and recognize that their emotional well-being matters.

The campaign is spearheaded by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗭𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗟. 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗖,
Guidance Associate, with the guidance and expertise of 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼 𝗣. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗿, 𝗣𝗵𝗗, 𝗥𝗚𝗖, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, and the assistance of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗼, Guidance Staff, in collaboration with the officers and members of the 𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, whose time, effort, teamwork, and commitment have helped bring this meaningful initiative to life and strengthen its message of hope, compassion, and mental health awareness within the SIC-IBED community.

More than an awareness campaign, Lumina Isidrans reminds us that caring for mental health is a shared responsibility. Every kind word, thoughtful gesture, and message of encouragement can brighten someone's day and help a fellow Isidran feel less alone.

As the campaign begins, may every classroom become a space of understanding, every message a source of strength, and every Isidran a beacon of hope and kindness.

𝙈𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙔𝘽𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙔 𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙔 – In a significant step toward environmental protection and sustainability, the 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗜𝗖-𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗) partnered with the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢) 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 for a 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at 𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸, 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲,𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱, 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗕𝘂𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗼𝗻.

Carried out as part of the school's 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the activity was anchored on the theme “𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘: 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀.” It aimed to promote environmental awareness and encourage students and school personnel to take an active role in protecting and caring for the environment.

According to CENRO Malaybalay, this marks the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, making the partnership a meaningful milestone in strengthening environmental education and community engagement. The initiative was undertaken with the leadership of 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗚. 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗻, Head of CENRO Malaybalay.

The activity was joined by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗖. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗮, 𝗠𝗔𝗘𝗠, Vice Principal for Student Activities and Services (SAAS); 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻 𝗢. 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, Coordinator for Student Activities and Services (CSAS) / IBED Outreach Coordinator; 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝘆𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮 𝗥. 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, Assistant Coordinator for Student Activities; 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗷𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗧. 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼, Senior Environmental Management Specialist of CENRO Malaybalay; 𝗠𝗿. 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗿, Operation and Logistics Division Head of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO). Also present were 𝗠𝘀. 𝗜𝘃𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗚. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗝. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗼, moderators of the Isidran Science and Innovation Club, together with the 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀. Their participation highlighted the importance of collaboration among educational institutions, environmental agencies, and local government offices in advancing environmental responsibility.

Through the tree-growing initiative, participants were encouraged to recognize the value of trees in maintaining ecological balance and protecting natural resources. Beyond planting trees, the activity emphasized the importance of nurturing them and sustaining environmental efforts through responsible action and community involvement.

The partnership reflects SIC-IBED's commitment to integrating environmental stewardship into the learning experience, particularly through its core value of 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. By providing learners with opportunities to participate in meaningful environmental initiatives, the school reinforces the importance of caring for our common home and recognizing the interconnectedness of people, communities, and the environment.

As the Isidran Science and Innovation Club continues its Science Month activities, this collaboration serves as a reminder that science extends beyond the classroom. Through shared responsibility and purposeful action, the SIC-IBED community lives out its commitment to Integral Ecology by helping nurture a generation that values sustainability and takes an active role in protecting the environment for future generations.

𝙊𝘾𝙏𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙍 5, 2026 – In celebration of 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲–𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗜𝗖-𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗) gathered at the 𝗦𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗰𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 for a meaningful tribute to its educators. Anchored on the theme “𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳, 𝘐𝘬𝘢𝘸 𝘕𝘢 𝘔𝘢𝘯!”, the program placed teachers at the center of appreciation, recognizing their unwavering commitment, passion, and service in guiding learners toward academic excellence and holistic development.

The celebration featured the activity “𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲!”, a fun and engaging segment that brought joy and excitement to both teachers and students as they identified photos of their beloved mentors.

Student and parent leaders also delivered heartfelt messages of appreciation, including the 𝗦𝗣𝗢 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗝𝗛𝗦 𝗦𝗕𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗦𝗕𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗣𝗧𝗔𝗔 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, who expressed gratitude for teachers' commitment, patience, and dedication in shaping learners' lives.

One highlight of the program was the 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, aptly themed “𝗔 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀,” where tokens of appreciation were presented as a symbol of thanks and recognition for the educators' unwavering service and dedication.

A response message was delivered by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗔. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮, Principal of the Integrated Basic Education Department, who thanked the students, parents, and the entire school community for their thoughtful gestures and continued support of the teaching profession.

The celebration served as a meaningful reminder of the 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 play in nurturing minds, building character, and inspiring future generations. Through this simple yet heartfelt gathering, the SIC-IBED community reaffirmed its appreciation for the passion, commitment, and sacrifices of its educators.

𝙊𝘾𝙏𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙍 5, 2026 – The 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 officially launched the celebration of 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲–𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗜𝗖-𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗), marking the beginning of a month-long series of activities aimed at promoting scientific literacy, innovation, and appreciation for science among learners.

The launching program featured the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, followed by the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, giving learners an overview of the exciting contests, academic engagements, and science-related events prepared for the celebration.

A highlight of the program was the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆, who were formally presented to the school community. The officers were encouraged to serve as role models in promoting curiosity, critical thinking, environmental awareness, and a deeper appreciation of science among their fellow learners.

The celebration is spearheaded by the moderators of the organization, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗜𝘃𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗚. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗝. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗼, whose guidance and leadership continue to support the society's mission of fostering scientific inquiry and excellence within the SIC-IBED community.

Through the various activities lined up for the month, learners are expected to develop not only their scientific knowledge and skills but also their creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. The celebration likewise serves as an opportunity to inspire future scientists, innovators, and responsible stewards of the environment.

Matapos ang opisyal na paglulunsad noong Agosto 3, nagsagawa ang samahan ng iba't ibang patimpalak at gawaing pangkultura na nagbigay-daan sa mga mag-aaral na maipamalas ang kanilang talento, pagkamalikhain, at pagmamahal sa sariling wika. Sa ilalim ng gabay nina 𝗕𝗯. 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥. 𝗬𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻, 𝗟𝗣𝗧 at 𝗚𝗻𝗴. 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗢. 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, matagumpay na naisakatuparan ang mga aktibidad na nagpalalim sa pagpapahalaga ng mga Isidran sa wikang Filipino at sa kulturang Pilipino.

Isa sa mga tampok ng programa ang 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘆-𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗶 𝘀𝗮 𝗶𝗯𝗮'𝘁 𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸 na isinagawa sa buong buwan ng Agosto. Kinilala ang mga mag-aaral na nagpakita ng kahusayan sa pagsulat, pagsasalita, sining, at iba pang gawaing may kaugnayan sa Buwan ng Wika. Ang kanilang mga tagumpay ay patunay ng husay, sipag, at pagpapahalaga sa sariling kultura at wika.

Bukod sa pagkilala sa mga nagwagi, nagsilbi rin ang programa bilang pagdiriwang ng pagkakaisa ng buong komunidad ng SIC-IBED sa pagsusulong ng pagmamahal sa bayan sa pamamagitan ng paggamit at pagpapahalaga sa wikang Filipino. Ipinakita ng mga mag-aaral sa kanilang mga pagtatanghal at pakikilahok na nananatiling buhay at makabuluhan ang ating pambansang wika sa gitna ng mabilis na pagbabago ng panahon.

Higit pa sa isang serye ng mga paligsahan, ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 ay naging paalala na ang wika ay mahalagang bahagi ng ating pagkakakilanlan bilang Pilipino. Sa pamamagitan nito, naipapasa ang ating kasaysayan, kultura, at mga pagpapahalagang nagbubuklod sa atin bilang isang bansa.

Sa pagtatapos ng pagdiriwang, hinikayat ang mga mag-aaral na patuloy na gamitin, mahalin, at ipagmalaki ang wikang Filipino hindi lamang tuwing Agosto kundi sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na pamumuhay bilang tunay na makabayan at responsableng mamamayan.

𝐒𝐈𝐂-𝐈𝐁𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐒 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒

The 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲–𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗜𝗖-𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗) gathered in faith and prayer for the opening of the 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the 𝗦𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗰𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, bringing together administrators, faculty members, staff, and learners in a meaningful celebration of Marian devotion.

The activity began with the praying of the 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, allowing the Isidran community to reflect on the mysteries of Christ's life through the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This was followed by the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀, presided over by 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗼 𝗧. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲, who encouraged learners to deepen their relationship with God and live out their faith through prayer, service, and Christian values.

Learners also expressed their devotion and generosity by offering flowers to Mama Mary and in-kind offerings, symbolizing their prayers, gratitude, and commitment to living out the values of faith, sharing, and service.

The celebration concluded with the 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗗. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼, 𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. He highlighted the significance of October as a special month dedicated to the Holy Rosary and encouraged learners, teachers, and staff to strengthen their Marian devotion through the daily praying of the Rosary. He likewise invited the school community to reflect on the virtues of the Blessed Virgin Mary and to follow her example of faith, humility, and obedience to God's will.

The observance of Rosary Month serves as a reminder of SIC-IBED's commitment to nurturing the 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 of its learners and strengthening their Catholic faith through prayer and meaningful religious activities. Through this month-long celebration, the school community is encouraged to deepen its devotion to 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 and grow closer to 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 through the Holy Rosary.
