Day 3 | Continuation of the Week-long International Technician Training

Training Highlights:

Wheel Removal and Installation
Hub Inspection
Hub Assembly and Bearing Preload Adjustment

The International Technician Training successfully advanced into Day 3 under the expert guidance of Sensei Atsushi Ono and Sensei Johar R. Hiwatig. The day commenced with Radio Taiso (ラジオ体操), the traditional Japanese morning exercise that fosters discipline, teamwork, and readiness for the day's activities.

Participants immersed themselves in another productive day of hands-on learning, strengthening their competencies in wheel removal and installation, hub inspection, hub assembly, and proper bearing preload adjustment. With Safety, Quality, and Speed as the core principles, trainees continued to sharpen their technical expertise in preparation for the upcoming hands-on final assessment.

✨ Adding inspiration to the day's activities was the special visit of the Dean of the College of Industrial Technology, Dr. Jacqueline A. Villanueva. Her presence served as a great source of motivation for both the trainees and facilitators as she personally observed the ongoing international training sessions and expressed her support for initiatives that cultivate globally competent, industry-ready automotive professionals. Her visit reflects the College's unwavering commitment to academic excellence, international collaboration, and the continuous development of future automotive technicians.
