Dear Grade 7 Aspirants:

Bulacan State University is pleased to open its Online Application for Grade 7 for School Year 2024-2025.

Please be informed that interested applicants may access the BulSU Online Application starting on June 03, 2024 (Monday) until June 14, 2024 (Friday).

General Guidelines in the Admission of Grade 7

A. Grade 7 Regular Class

1. Applicants who obtained a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 88 and above and have NO GRADES LOWER than 85 in ALL SUBJECTS during Grade 6 are qualified to apply for admission to Grade 7.

B. Special Science Class (Science, Technology and Engineering Program)

2. Applicants with a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90 and above with NO GRADES LOWER than 90 in SCIENCE, ENGLISH, and MATHEMATICS and NO GRADES LOWER than 87 in ALL GRADING PERIOD.

Please be informed that Successful Applicants must submit the complete hard copy of the required documents at the University Admission and Orientation Services Office on their appointment schedule

1. Certified true Copy of Grade 6 report card from 1st - 4th Grading period (Form 138)
2. Certified true copy of Proof of Residency (Barangay Certification)
3. Certified true copy of Certification or ID of the following if APPLICABLE:
3.1 Member of an Indigenous Cultural Community (ICC)/ Indigenous
People (IP)- Membership Certification/Barangay-issued Certificate
3.2. Member of Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps)- Membership
Certification/ Barangay-issued Certificate)
3.3. Student with Special Needs (SSN) and Other Types of Disabilities Membership Certificate/ Identification Card
3.4. Child of Solo Parent- (Solo Parent ID)
3.5. With Exemplary Artistic and Athletic Ability- Certification from the Heads of the School

3. Confirmed applicants will be given a schedule for their Admission Assessment test and a face-to-face interview schedule on their registered email address. Likewise, please make sure that the email address you will be using for the application is valid and active to receive notifications and updates regarding your application.

Note: All applicant-related records and documents will be disposed of six (6) months after the release of qualifiers

C. Grounds for Disqualification of Application.
1. Misrepresentation of the information entered in any of the submitted forms (including but not limited to the application portal).
2. Violation of the application instructions.
3. Non-submission of documents as scheduled.
