As student leaders, we mean doing beyond and rendering our time and manpower to collectively, create mileage for CapSunians through various activities, platforms, community, and legislative works.

Going an instant burn, by taking a step forward, summoning to the responsibilities vested by our constituents, always up to the challenges presented that come along with our roles.

We, the FLARE PARTY, take a risk for the best together we make success even if it's through our imaginations, and we will make sure it will come out good with prudence.

Living in the new setup of learning, students strive hard to keep pace with the changing trends of education. The current situation may be tough, but we’re born to be tougher.

As we move towards our dream, we are ready to engage with new challenges and learnings that will mold us to become great leaders in our organization and school as a whole.

In FLARE, we believe that despite adversities, we can still persevere and succeed. These aspiring leaders from the flare party had proven to us that no challenge is insurmountable for those who believe in themselves and work hard.
