📌 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

• Be a Filipino Citizen
• Be enrolled at RTU for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027
• Be a resident of Mandaluyong City
• NOT be a recipient of other CHED scholarships, such as TES, CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), DOST Scholarship, or other national government-funded StuFAPs, except FHE and AICs

📄 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

• Hard copy of the accomplished Tulong Dunong Application Form (Version 2026) with fresh signature and recent 2x2 ID picture
• Hard copy of the Original Barangay Certificate of Indigency with Dry Seal for scholarship purposes
• For 1st Year Students: Grade 12 Report Card (Photocopy)
• For 2nd Year–5th Year Students: 2nd Semester Grades for AY 2025–2026
