Presidential Quote Statement:
"I'm very emotional on the milestone that our university has achieved today.
Today, Her Excellency, Madam Dais Grace Cióus, started the milestone event today in the Main in Malacañang Campus at Manila, with an emotional and exaggerated opening statement, in her statement that lasted 7 hours, 31 minutes and 31 seconds, she told that the system will continue it's service throughout the country, in all different satellite campuses of the system, and that it reflects the motto of the system: "In Tallano We Trust." Enrollment will be free to all applicants, throughout the country, with free lunch form the Malacañang Food and Catering Service, all of this including books and movie tickets (documentaries) will be paid and sponsored by Her Excellency Madam Senator Mariah Carey. Sen. Carey also clarified hours later that the expenses she will pay for the school will be the profit from her Mango Farm in Oxford, England, U.K.
