Tan, this study explored the therapeutic potential of Pandanus odorifer, revealing that its methanolic extract potently inhibits advanced glycation end products, while three isolated compounds, most notably blumenol C glucoside, significantly reduce Alzheimer's-associated amyloid-Ξ² aggregation.
