Founded as a private, non-sectarian college on June 1, 1954, by Supreme Court Justice Felix Angelo Bautista, the institution aims to contribute to the country's security, peace, and order by providing accessible and quality education by producing professionally competent and ethically-oriented graduates who can deliver effective and efficient services. Duly recognized by the Philippines' Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the academic programs in the institution enables its students to acquire the technical knowledge and skills in the organization, administration, and operation of law enforcement, crime prevention, scholarly research on crime and criminals, and service professionalism and efficiency.
