Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2026 and the latest PEAC guidelines, all Alternative Learning System (ALS) and Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) Passers who are enrolling in Grade 11 are now automatically qualified as Qualified Voucher Recipients (QVRs).
This means you no longer need to submit a separate OVAP application. Once you enroll and complete the validation of your documents, you may avail of the Senior High School Voucher Program subject to PEAC guidelines and requirements.
