☀️📚 ENROLLMENT FOR SUMMER CLASSES IS ON JUNE 3-5, 2026📚☀️

Complete your registration through the following ON-SITE ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

📝 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝟏 – 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐅
• Continuing students must obtain their Student Enrollment Form (SEF) from the Registrar and Student Records Office (RSRO).
• The SEF will only be released upon clearance of all obligations from the immediately preceding semester through the 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐞-𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

🎓 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝟐 – 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆
• Students shall undergo Academic Standing Evaluation for proper year level placement at your respective institutes.
• Approved subjects will be loaded and signed.

💳 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝟑 – 𝐓𝐔𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓
• Proceed to the Accounting Office – Billing Section for tuition assessment.
• Fees will be computed based on enrolled courses and year level.

✅ 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝟒 – 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
• RSRO Staff will verify the subject load in the NBSC Information System.
• Students with inconsistencies will be advised to return to their Institute for correction.
• Once verified, the Registrar will issue the Certificate of Registration (COR).

🪪 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝟓 – 𝐈𝐃 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
• Proceed to the Student Affairs, Services, and Development Division (SASDD) for ID validation.
