Minutes of Meeting
Motivated by a simple thought that in " Unity there is strength", the meeting started at 7:36 with a preliminary self introduction while waiting to accomodate others and open the official meeting at 8:05pm.
The meeting was hosted by BM Eric who also led the prayer and handed over the floor to presiding officer BM Allan Pittz

✅️National Assembly 2023

➡️Tenrative Date - June 9-11, 2023
➡️ Venue - to be canvassed by Host Location and updates at 2nd week of April 2023 (details to be provided by BM Cirilo and BM Reign).

✅️Inactive service of NGCC Ad Interim Chairman

➡️SM Rufa will contact him
➡️He will be given a 2 weeks to reconnect and state his decision to the status of his position.
➡️If no response to problem , in the succession of law, BM Allan as Vice Chairman will automatically act as Officer-In-Charge in NGCC Ad Interim

✅️Initiation Rites

➡️Memo to address the current issues on Initiation from other fraternities, and to remind every chapters that during the 8th National Convention in Cagayan De Oro City, it was ammended that Megans Society as a law abiding individuals/orgnization and will adopt the Anti Hazing Law, therefore, no Hazing allowed.The organization must strictly observed the RA 8049 otherwise known as the anti hazing law.
➡️For the Initiation Process , the implementing guidelines will be included in National Assembly. Encourage everyone to present their Initiation Process in order to come up with a collective ideas and general guidelines forthe Initiation.

✅️National ID
➡️To be presented in National Assembly

✅️Recognition of Collegiate Chapters and Alumni Chapters
➡️To issue a certificate of recognition to all collegiate chapters and alumni chapters for the national to identify the existing and active chapters nationwide.

✅️November 19 of every year to be called as " National Megans Day " in commemoration and in honor of the Late Supreme Founder SM Ponciano P. TARAY
➡️ To be presented in the National Assembly

April 2, 23 7pm zoom meeting.

The meeting was moved to adjourn by BM khalid at 9:05pm and unanimously seconded by Majority and approved by Presiding Officer BM Allan.
