The Society of Agricultural Engineering Students (SAGES) successfully concluded its annual elections on April 6, 2026, with a total of 242 votes cast. The results, officially prepared by SAGES Secretary General Shalimar T. Mandi and reviewed by Head Minister Abdul Nafi M. Ampuan, reflect a student body deeply invested in the future of their department. While the Lingkusa Party achieved a significant sweep across the primary executive roles, the high voter turnout and competitive races for specialized offices showcased a vibrant democratic spirit.
Leading the society is Ryan M. Abdul Nasser of the Lingkusa Party, who was elected Head Minister with a resounding 230 votes, representing 95.04% of the Return of Votes (ROV), while 12 undervotes (4.96%) were recorded for the position. He is joined by Sondos S. Hussain as Internal Deputy Minister, who secured 223 votes (92.15% ROV) against 19 undervotes (7.85%). The race for External Deputy Minister was won by Nasser Jr. S. Ambola with 174 votes (71.90% ROV), ahead of Independent candidate Sohainah H. Bayaco, who garnered 48 votes (19.84% ROV), with 20 undervotes (8.26%) noted. The administrative backbone will be managed by Jan Marenie S. Sanoria, elected Secretary General with 217 votes (89.67% ROV) and 25 undervotes (10.33%), and Jayson M. Moranta as Assistant Secretary General with 222 votes (91.74% ROV) and 20 undervotes (8.26%).
Fiscal responsibility and transparency are in expert hands as Norhasnie M. Salic of the Lingkusa Party takes the lead at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance with 140 votes (57.85% ROV), winning over Independent candidate Norhana M. Yahya, who received 76 votes (31.41% ROV), alongside 26 undervotes (10.74%). Oversight will be provided by Sohairah I. Macabanding, the new Audit Commissioner, who earned 143 votes (59.09% ROV) against Independent Ayrah A. Lacson, who received 81 votes (33.47% ROV), with 18 undervotes (7.44%). Communication will be spearheaded by two Ministers of Press and Publication: Amnah S. Pangarungan (151 votes, 31.20% ROV) and Princess Jehannie A. Arobinto (147 votes, 30.37% ROV), who emerged victorious over Independent Princess Almaira P. Muto (110 votes, 22.73% ROV), with 15.70% of the total count recorded as undervotes.
Managing the society's assets, Nishreen D. Hadji Noor (Independent) was elected Inventory Officer with 116 votes (47.93% ROV), edging out Potre Hidaya M. Mimbala (Lingkusa Party), who received 96 votes (39.67% ROV), with 30 undervotes (12.40%). For the Procurement Officers, the student body selected Hassanor C. Datudacula (130 votes, 26.86% ROV) and Mohโd Noaim M. H. Abdullah (120 votes, 24.79% ROV), who placed ahead of Mohammad Ali S. Lazim (96 votes, 19.83% ROV) and Hamsa M. Totodan (81 votes, 16.74% ROV), with an additional 16.74% undervotes. Advocating for SAGES at the college level, the two new Engineering Student Council (ESC) Representatives are Shameemah Rehan B. Dimal (158 votes, 32.64% ROV) and Nasim D. Abolhair (139 votes, 28.72% ROV), winning over Yahya P. Pandapatan (74 votes, 15.29% ROV) and Roneil L. Abilar (69 votes, 14.26% ROV), with 9.09% undervotes.
To ensure every voice is heard across all year levels, the Lingkusa Party secured all representative seats. Fathma Dhaifah D. Alimoden becomes the Fifth Year Representative with 89 votes (67.42% ROV) and 43 undervotes (32.58%). Fairouz M. Dimacawa will serve as Fourth Year Representative with 29 votes (90.63% ROV) and 3 undervotes (9.37%). The Third Year Representative seat was won by Mohโd Zeyad M. Pagayawan with 29 votes (54.72% ROV) against Independent Jawad N. Macabangkit, who had 23 votes (43.40% ROV) and 1 undervote (1.87%). Finally, Chris Aiyah C. Arellano was elected Second Year Representative with 16 votes (64% ROV) and 9 undervotes (36%).
