It was a morning filled with tears, laughter, and pride as the graduates gather to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of the graduating class of 2024. But it wasn’t just about the students – the special day was also a chance to say huge “thank you” to the incredible parents who have supported them on every step of the way.
On the 7th day of September, 2024, the Ranao Council – Al Khwarizmi International College Foundation, Inc. had successfully conducted their Tribute to Parents and Awarding Ceremony program at Samsara Palace, Mapandi, Marawi City, LDS, with the theme: "Khwarizmians: Shaping the Future."
The school president, Dr. Asnawil G. Ronsing, warmly welcomed everyone to the event, highlighting the school's improvements and advantages that shape young minds. The parents' evident joy and satisfaction were a testament to their sacrifices and dedication. He also emphasized the school's goal of "educating people, or the children."
Adding to the inspiring messages, guest speaker Atty. Mohammad Yasgar R. Ayo who is also a product of RC-AKIC, shared his achievements as a lawyer and inspire the graduates with his story. He emphasized the importance of mental health, he reminded the students that prioritizing mental well-being through healthy habits and support systems is crucial for academic success and overall well-being.
As part of the tribute to parents, the graduates held a surprise for their parents and loved ones thru a video presentation followed by the tribute song, where graduands sang a song for their parents entitled 'Ma Pa' by SB19, a song that made everyone emotional.
As the graduates begin their new chapter, the institution is rest assured that they carry with them the valuable lessons learned, the strong bonds formed, and the unwavering support of those who have guided them. The future is theirs to shape, and the possibilities are boundless. Congratulations to the graduating class of 2024!
