Celebrating the 3rd Graduation and Moving Up Ceremonies of Alternative Learning System - Balingasag North District with the theme "Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas" held on May 31, 2024 at Mambayaan Integrated School, Mambayaan, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. 🎓🥳
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to our VIPs: Ms. Eden F. Bacarra, EPS II; Hon. Alexis S. Quina, our Municipal Mayor; Hon. Vincent L. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all the people who made the completion and graduation ceremony a success and worth to reminisce. Special gratitude to our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Edilberto L. Oplenaria, CESO V, and to our Education Program Specialist II, Ma'am Eden Fallares Bacarra for joining us on this memorable occasion.
To our Public Schools District In-Charge, Ma'am Nieva Bitonga , school principal, Sir Frank Ocate , we thank you for your unending trust and guidance in the successful implementation of the Alternative Learning System in Balingasag North District. To our guest speaker, Hon. Elizabeth L. Macabuhay, your message truly inspired the learners to continue on dreaming for their future. To our stakeholders, our sincerest appreciation to your undying support.
