The Online Admission Application for Transferees for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2026–2027 will be open from January 1 to January 11, 2026.
Requirements for Online Admission Application:
• Certified True Copy of Grades for all semesters attended (COG)
• PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
• Good Moral Certificate
• Parents/Guardians’ Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) OR Certification of Tax Exemption (for low-income Families) Issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
*Honorable dismissal and Transfer Credential will be submitted during enrollment of qualified and approved applicants.
Note:
• Applicant must properly complete all fields in the profiling section of the Online Admission Application Portal; Upload all the requirements in PDF format. Multiple pages must be saved in one file only. Here’s the link for PAMPANGA STATE UNIVERSITY Admissions Portal: https://sms.pampangastateu.edu.ph/padmission
• Applicant must pass the UAT and Interviews with the Program Chairperson.
• Honorable dismissal and Transfer Credential will be submitted during enrollment of qualified and approved applicants for transferees.
• Only those applicants with complete uploaded admission requirements will be processed and scheduled for University Admission Tests. Any proven misrepresentations or dishonesty during the application process will automatically invalidate the admission application.
• Successful applicants will be notified via the email addresses submitted. For inquiries, applicants may message us through this FB page, or reach us via email at [email protected] , or call 09212151275. The admission staff will be happy to assist you.
• Applicants who passed the admission processes, including interview with the respective program chairpersons and will be advised to submit the original copies of their uploaded documents.
